Other Areas:

Interested in getting away from the hubbub?  Do you like golf more than the Gulf?  If so, then the neighborhoods east of I-75 might be just right for you!

Peacefully nestled among the pine forests and old canopy roads lie some of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the Sarasota/Bradenton area.  Whether you’re interested in pristine Florida horse property, exclusive golf communities (there are dozens), or just a nice, private estate in which to hang your hat, the areas east of I-75 have something for everybody.

Parcel sizes on our country properties tend to be larger than their metro counterparts and privacy is a given.  Some parts are more rural than others but you’re never far from a grocer or convenience store, and access to the Sarasota/Bradenton amenities is generally quick and easy (even the beaches!).  Regardless of your specific needs or price point, there’s a neighborhood here that will suit you.

This is a very large geographical area and drive times to different amenities vary by neighborhood.
