The Sarasota Manatee Realtors Association reports that a strong market continues in the area, as indicated by December 2017 statistics. Compared to December 2016, combined numbers show an increase in closed sales, median sales price and pending sales. Overall, closed sales in December showed an increase from December of 2016.
